Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has been reported by CNN to have died. The country’s vice president announced Chavez’s death a few minutes ago.
Maduro -- who was fighting back tears during the announcement -- said Chavez died today at 4:25 PM.
Chavez had been in Cuba for months, where he was receiving treatment for a mystery illness that turned out to be cancer.
Chavez hated America ... and blamed all of the world's problems on the United States.
