….Nigerian Soldier Killed By Wife During Fight At Arakan Barracks In Apapa, Lagos
A Nigerian army officer, Sergeant Agofure Benjamin has met his untimely death in hand of his wifein Apapa Lagos.
Sergeant Agofure Benjamin was hit in the head by a sharp object during a domestic fight with his wife,Gloria Benjamin at Arakan Barracks in Apapa, Lagos where he lived with his family.
Detectives at Homicide Department, State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Panti, Yaba have arrested the wife of the deceased.
Gloria Benjamin, 26 allegedly hit her husband on the head with an object during a domestic fight.
He died after bleeding profusely without medical attention.
On arrival at a military hospital, he was pronounced dead by the doctors.
The doctors at the hospital certified him dead and his corpse was deposited at the mortuary.
Gloria was arrested by military personnel and handed over to the police at SCID, Panti for prosecution.
She allegedly got into a messy fight after an argument that her husband spends his money on drinks and women.
Neighbours said the couple are always fighting.
This is sad may his soul rest in peace.
