Uche Jombo’s hubby comes to town

Ever since the marriage of star actress, Uche Jombo, Nigerians have been waiting to see her husband for several reasons. For some people, they simply want to rejoice with their star while others want to see the ‘real proof’ that she actually got married.

Now, the real proof is about to be seen as Mr. Rodriguez, Uche’s hubby has concluded plans to attend the premiere of the highly anticipated My Life, My Damage on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Ozone Cinemas, Yaba, Lagos. Rodriguez will be spending about two weeks in Nigeria where he will visit Abia State, the hometown of Uche and also stayed at her house in Lekki while he’s here.

Weeks after the hush-hush wedding pictures surfaced online, many people dismissed it as ‘arrangee marriage’. Now that the hubby will be in town all naysayer might need to move on to the next topic. My Life My Damage is an advocacy flick that centers on a young lady who lives abroad but pays no attention to the sacredness of womanhood and decency.

While living her reckless life she contracted HIV. The movie starred Tonto Dikeh as the lead act, Kalu Ikeagwu, Bukky Wright and others. The Damage series, which is a movie collection of three distinct but interwoven stories, is aimed at advocacy for social issues; each story addresses important problems affecting individuals, families and societies at large.
